Harrisburg Halfity Half Marathon 2023

Join us for the Select Physical Therapy Halfity-Half Marathon! This fun and challenging event will offer our runners the ability to try two unconventional distances, the 1/4 Marathon (6.55 miles) and 1/8 Marathon (3.27 miles), along with a traditional Half Marathon (13.1 miles).

Enjoy scenic views of the gorgeous city of Harrisburg and the Susquehanna River throughout your run. Finish next to the Harrisburg Beach Club on City Island where you can relax along the beachfront, listen to live music, and enjoy the post-race glow.

Don’t just do it for the run – do it for the swag! All participants receive a race shirt and finisher medal.
