Butterfly Day at Ashcombe

Our annual Butterfly Day is back on Saturday, August 5th!
Purchase your butterflies ahead of time here:
Order a butterfly to release at home or here during our butterfly release in the butterfly garden at 12pm.
Join one of three Fairy Garden Workshops where you’ll create the perfect fairy world in a container. The cost is $25 per person and includes a container, soil, stones, plants, and a fairy.
Workshops are at 10:30am, 1pm, and 2pm and are limited to 15 people each. Register on our website to secure your spot!
Join us on a free walking tour of our Butterfly Gardens at 11am.
Creatures Great and Small, our favorite mobile petting zoo, will be here from 10am-12pm with critters of all shapes and sizes for some free, hands-on fun.
Children can enjoy free butterfly crafts throughout the event.
The Country Café will be open serving lunch and ice cream!
