Join us for a special Mardi Gras celebration on March 1, 2025!
The evening will include a church fundraising pancake supper (including sausage) for just $10 ($5 for children under 10) hosted by the ECW at 5:30 PM, followed by a special 5-piece Dixieland Jazz concert by Ben Mauger’s Vintage Jazz Band at 7 PM in the Nave.
After the concert we will have a King Cake reception in the auditorium. There is no cost or registration for the concert or the reception.

(The name “king cake” comes from the biblical story of the three kings who bring gifts to baby Jesus. A blend of coffee cake and cinnamon roll, king cake is usually iced in yellow, green and purple – the colors of Mardi Gras. Hidden within these season sweets also lie a special surprise: a plastic king cake baby. King cake is first served on Three Kings Day and lasts through the eve of Mardi Gras to celebrate the coming of the three kings.)
