New Cumberland River Rescue Annual Halloween Parade

The New Cumberland River Rescue hosts the 56th annual New Cumberland Halloween Parade. The parade forms at 7 p.m. The parade route proceeds south on Bridge Street, then turns right on 3rd Street, then right on the alley to the rear of the PNC Banking parking lot, where the parade will disband.
