    It’s only February, but we all know how times flies when you’re a mom, and before you know it, summer will be here. And for a lot of families, that means one thing: summer camp!

    There are SO MANY options to make sure your kiddos have a summer filled with fun, and we’ve got your guide to make sure you can find the best summer camp for your family. Whether you’re looking for some STEAM-focused fun or outdoor adventure, there’s something for you.

    South Mountain YMCA Camps, Reinholds: Offers numerous different camp experiences, including day and overnight camps. Also offers camps with various themes, such as horseback riding, literary immersion, and more.



    YMCA of Reading and Berks County
    Runs June through August. Offers weekly and daily rates, as well as AM and PM wraparound care.


    Rock Hollow Woods, Birdsboro: Kindergarten through 7th grade. Runs June through August. Nature-focused camp with a mission of discovering and learning about the natural world and empowering children to protect their environment.


    Berks Area Youth Recreation Summer CampAges 6-15. Runs daily from 8:00am – 4:30pm with a minimum of five week sessions required.


    Body Zone Summer Adventure Camp, Wyomissing: Ages 6-13. Runs June through August. Activities include swimming, ice skating, sports, arts and crafts, fresh air programs and more, as well as different themes and attractions every week.


    Berks Nature Eco-Camp, Reading: Ages three and up. Runs June through August. Offers both full day and half day options. Each week has a different fun theme.


    Camp Lily-Berks, Reading: Ages 8-21. Runs late June through August. Offers week-long day camps for a well-rounded summer camp experience for children and young adults with disabilities. Activities include swimming, games, cooking, arts, sports, and more.


    Summer Camp on the Farm, Birdsboro: Ages 6-12. Includes riding lessons, leading, lunging, round pen, grooming, tacking, bathing, stall maintenance, equine health and wellness. Goofing around, craft craziness and general mayhem included!


    Hawk Mountain Summer Camps, Kempton: Kids entering grades 1-6. Runs June through August. Activities include meeting live animals, hiking woodland trails, role-playing, arts and crafts, learning from scientists and special presenters, exploring natural areas, telling and listening to stories, conducting experiments, and more.


    Camp Manatawny, Douglassville: For kids in 1st – 12th grades. Offers both day and overnight camp options. Activities include small group Bible teaching, high-energy large group sessions, and adventure activities such as archery, swimming, climbing wall, crafts, & more.


    Camp Swatara, Bethel: Grades K-12. Runs June through August. Join us at Camp Swatara, where Faith is Formed, Memories are Made and God is Glorified.

    Siebert Park Day Camp, Camp Hill: Kids entering 1st – 6th grades. Runs June through August. Campers will enjoy sports, arts and crafts, swimming and other theme-based activities.


    Cyber Camp, Mechanicsburg: Kids entering 9th – 12th grade. Runs June 9th – 12th. Offers a glimpse into the world of cybersecurity, all while giving them a chance to experience what college life is all about.


    Lion Girls Field Hockey Camp, Camp Hill: Camps will be split into two separate age groups, 1st – 3rd and 4th – 6th. Runs July 21st – 24th. Players will work on individual skills, small group instruction as well as age-appropriate competitive games and contests.


    Little Friends Preschool Summer Camp, Mechanicsburg: Ages 2 – 5. Mondays through Fridays from 9:00am – 12:00pm. Camps will be hands-on where kids will get to explore, create, question, grow and learn all while having a BLAST! Campers will get a theme-related snack each day.


    LEGO Camp, Camp Hill: Ages 3 – 12. July 21st – 25th. Step into a world of motion and mechanics at LEGO Action: Moving Marvels! Over the course of the week, campers will explore the exciting principles behind gears, motors, and robotics, building dynamic LEGO creations that come to life. From racing cars to moving machines, each day offers hands-on activities that inspire curiosity and ignite the imagination. As kids build and test their models, they’ll gain a deeper understanding of how movement works in real life. Whether your child is just starting with LEGO or already an experienced builder, this camp promises to fuel their passion for engineering and innovation through fun and interactive learning.


    Lions Girls Basketball Camp, Camp Hill: Girls entering K through 9th grade. June 16th – 19th. Will include skill development, competitive team games, individual contests, and sportsmanship.


    Health Care Careers Camp, Mechanicsburg: Kids entering 9th – 12th grade. June 9th – 11th. Camp will focus on patient case studies to provide context for activities, demonstrations and discussions relevant to various fields of practice and also to help us understand the interprofessional nature of healthcare – how the many healthcare disciplines interact and work together to promote and restore patient health.


    Boys Basketball Camp, Camp Hill: Boys entering K through 9th grade. June 9th – 12th. Will include skill development, competitive team games, individual contests, and sportsmanship.


    Messiah University Athletic Camps, Mechanicsburg: Variety of sports camps offered, such as basketball, baseball, swimming, tennis, lacrosse, and more.


    Co-Ed Summer Volleyball Camp, Camp Hill: Kids entering 6th – 8th grade. June 23rd – 26th. The camp will teach players the basics through games, challenges and fun activities.


    Theatre and Dance Academy, Mechanicsburg: Kids entering grades 3 – 12 with varying dates. Creative exploration and the development of individual potential are the primary goals. In addition to devising and rehearsing a production, students have acting and dance classes in which they investigate the world of theatre through exercises that activate their voices, bodies, and imaginations.


    Youth Wrestling Camp, Camp Hill: Kids entering K – 7th grade. July 14th – 17th, evenings. Each evening will consist of wrestling drills and skills in a fun competitive teaching style.


    Keystone FC, Mechanicsburg: Ages 4 – 19. Camps and clinics will have a curriculum specifically tailored to the focus area of that camp or clinic. All curriculums will have an emphasis on technical development.


    Snapology, Camp Hill: Ages 4 – 14. Offers both half day and full day options. Get ready to ignite your child’s curiosity, spark their creativity, and fuel their passion for science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.


    Young Filmmakers Workshop, Mechanicsburg: Kids entering 10th – 12th grade. June 22nd – 27th. Through this enriching, summer filmmaking camp environment our students improve and learn new skills as filmmakers and make great friends with people that share their same passion.  Students will discuss and practice storyboarding, shot construction, and hands-on camera training.


    Tender Years “Top Talent” Summer Camp, Camp Hill, Hampden, and Mechanicsburg: Ages 5 – 12. Activities are themed on learning about surviving and thriving in different climates and the elements that shape those climates, and about the ultimate survivors: our rescue workers, park rangers, and explorers. It will also include field trips, physical and mental challenges, STEM projects, cooking experiences, arts and crafts, team building activities, and much more.


    The Children’s Center Summer Camp, Camp Hill: Ages 6 – 15. Activities include weekly themes that include a variety of age appropriate arts and crafts, sporting activities, group games, field trips, guest speakers, even gardening and community service projects.


    Oakes Museum Camp, Mechanicsburg: Open to kids entering 9th – 12th grade. Runs June through July. Offers teens a unique opportunity to learn in the field and lab. Qualified museum staff will lead each session, and college professors and professionals will offer their expertise as guest speakers.


    Parkour and Ninja Warrior Summer Camp, Camp Hill: Ages 6 – 14. Get your kids active where they’ll meet some new people, gain role models, and most of all, have FUN!


    Young Writers Workshop, Mechanicsburg: Open to kids entering 9th – 12th grade. June 22nd – June 27th. Through this enriching, summer writing camp environment, students improve their skills as writers and make great friends with people that share their same passion.


    Camp Challenge, Lemoyne: Open to kids grades K – 12. 8-week summer camp offering recreational and educational opportunities and includes a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and a snack each day. Activities include tennis, archery, art, music, Girl Scouts, life skills, swimming, cooking, field trips, and much more!


    Orchestra Camp, Mechanicsburg: Open to kids entering 3rd – 12th grade (camps separated by age group). July 13th – July 18th. Student musicians will play in one of two large ensembles divided by age (Junior High and Senior High). For elementary kids, students will work on setup and technique through fun games and activities, and a variety of musical activities that could include singing, movement and rhythm games, watching performances and fiddling.


    Yellow Breeches Sports Center Central PA Summer Camp, New Cumberland: Open to kids entering 1st grade – 8th grade. Runs June through August. Their active environment includes many activities, varying daily, from soccer to board games and chalk drawing, as well as special activity days such as water balloon day!


    CSI Camp, Camp Hill: Kids entering 6th – 8th grade. July 28th – August 1st. STEM principles relating to Forensics and solving Crime Scenes are explored in this Level I & II Forensics Class.  The presentation, labs and exercises will cover the following topics: Take and identify and collect fingerprints, create & examine blood spatter patterns, cast footprints, DNA, Crime Scene processing…. Current or former law enforcement Detectives will be teaching this class.

    Wildwood Park Summer Camp, Harrisburg: Ages 6 – 14. Registration only open for one week at a time. Themes include nature explorers, junior naturalists, and more.


    PA Vent Camp, Hummelstown: June 21st – 26th. PA Vent Camp is committed to providing the ultimate summer camp experience to children and adults who rely on mechanical ventilation to breathe. With the help of our dedicated volunteers, our campers have the ability to live without limits and enjoy all that a week away at camp has to offer. Zip-lining, rock climbing, crafts, and all of the other camp activities will create lifelong friendships and memories.


    Harrisburg Area YMCA Summer Camps: Multiple camp options, including sports camps, at different YMCA branches. Allows children and teens to not only play and stay active throughout the summer months but also teach them to interact with others in a team environment and cultivate lasting friendships. Additionally, camps feature a variety of sports interests including Volleyball, Basketball, Swimming, and much more!


    Breakthrough Basketball Camp, Harrisburg: Grades 3 – 8. Camp focuses on developing the complete player. Kids will develop shooting, ball handling, passing, footwork, defense, rebounding, athleticism, and other essential skills to become a great basketball player.


    Mini Explorer Club Summer Camp, Hershey: Ages 4 – 11. July 14th – 18th, July 28th – August 1st. Themes are Bug Camp and Enchanted Forest Camp. Kids will experience educational lessons and read-alouds, hands-on play activities, crafts, and experiments, and mixed age play in an outdoor enviromnent.


    Doc’s Ultimate Summer Day Camp, Middletown: 1st – 5th grades. Daily activities include crafts, free-time, outdoor play, reading, games, movies, and of course roller skating. Campers will participate in weekly field trips as well!


    Mindsteward Kids Theatre: The Complete Theatre Experience, Harrisburg: Mind Steward has been a presence in Central Pennsylvania for 10 years and continues to steward people’s minds throughout the tri-state area.  Our revolutionary Mindsteward Kids Theater program has attracted students and faculty from around the country.


    Summer Programs at Hershey Gardens, Hershey: Ages 4 – 11. Dates vary by camp and program. Our exciting, hands-on approach to science gives children the unique opportunity to conduct exciting and engaging experiments and activities. We make learning science FUN!


    Amazing Sports Summer Camp, Linglestown: 1st – 8th grades. Provides daily exercise and a variety of activities, with features including Lite Brite Wall, game room, bounce house, inflatable obstacle course, rock climbing wall, sports, team building, and more.


    ZooCamp, Hershey: 2025 information to be released soon. Grunts and growls, hoots and howls… this camp is wild! Sign your kids up for a journey of exploration, learning, and adventure this summer. ZooAmerica offers exciting camp sessions for children of all ages, from preschool through high school. Campers will leave with a greater appreciation for nature and a deeper understanding of the wild of North America.


    Sky Summer Camp, Grantville: Different themed weeks with fun activities each day. Sample week: Monday – Introducing the theme of the week with lots of games and prizes. Great orientation for first time campers – get to know counselors and get accustomed to what camp is like. Tuesday – MAD DODGEBALL, SKYFALL and other traditional camp fun. WACKY WEDNESDAY – ALL DAY WACKINESS! Dress silly and pull pranks! Thursday – Field trip day, don’t forget your SKY Camp T-shirt. SKYDAY FRIDAY EXTRAVAGANZA!


    Whitaker Summer Camp, Harrisburg: Pre-K – 12th grade. Various theme weeks including STEAM, content creators, innovation camp, musical theatre, art camp, and more!


    STEM Summer Camp, Hummelstown: Kindergarten – 8th grade. June 9th – August 8th. Each week is themed and will incorporate theme-related academic domains with exciting activities.


    HSHA Summer Camp, Harrisburg: Ages 5-12. At HSHA Summer Camp, children experience fun and age-appropriate activities that teach about a range of humane education ideas and concepts. Each camp helps cultivate a lifelong bond between your child and animals, and they will benefit from developing character traits like compassion and empathy. Summer Camp at HSHA is a unique experience that will create lasting memories for your child! Themed weeks include All 4 Paws, Rescue Me, Humane Heroes, and Vet Camp.


    Hershey Figure Skating Club Summer Camp, Hershey: Ages 4 – 17. Two different camps available: learn-to-skate summer camp and theatre on ice summer camp.

    Heritage Creek Farm Camp, Mount Joy: Ages 5 – 12. Farm-based curriculum engages campers in educational and fun-filled ways. We have years of farm-based curriculum developed and our session activities will be geared toward the seasonal ebb and flow of the work on the farm during weeks that camps will be offered!


    Broadway Bound! Camps, Lancaster: Ages 5 – 18. Provides young actors the opportunity to participate in a theatrical experience which will develop confidence, responsibility, and teamwork. Participants in classes build self-esteem as they refine their creativity, active listening, and concentration skills all while learning about musical theatre.


    Black Rock Retreat, Quarryville: Open to students in 2nd – 12th grades. Located on over 100 acres of beautiful woodland in southern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Black Rock has offered a quality co-ed Christian camp experience for over 60 years! Our motto and our passion is “To Know Christ and Make Him Known!” They offer both overnight and day camp options.


    Hands-On House Summer Camp, Lancaster: Ages 4 – 10. Campers will work on STEM challenges, make art projects, play games, and have fun in the museum! Each week, campers will be split into groups according to their grade and participate in activities specially designed for their age.

    Spooky Nook Sports Summer Camps, Manheim: Ages 4 – 18. Offers sports-based, skill-building, and recreational camps. Whether its learning fundamentals as a beginner athlete, trying a new activity like horseback riding, or taking your skills to the next level in one of our advanced camps, they have something that will fit your child’s interests and abilities!


    Tiny Town Summer Camp, Lancaster: Ages 18 months – 8 years old. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of trades at Tiny Town Trades Summer Camp! Campers will explore everything from construction to community design while developing important skills through hands-on projects that encourage problem-solving, creativity, critical thinking, and building lasting friendships. Along the way, they’ll engage with the principles of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM), discovering how these areas come together to shape the world around us. It’s a fun-filled summer of creativity, teamwork, and learning the trades that keep our communities running!


    Linden Hall Summer Camp, Lititz: Open to students entering 1st – 9th grades. Offers both day and overnight options, with two themes this year: Wizarding School and Worlds of Adventure.


    Millersville University Summer Camps, Millersville: Offers a wide variety of camps for multiple ages. Options vary from Technology Camp, to Music Camp, to Field Hockey Camp – a wide variety of offerings for a fun and positive experience.


    Greenview Bible Camp, Denver: Open to students entering kindergarten – 6th grade. June 16th – July 25th. Offers both day and overnight camp options.


    Corn Cob Acres Day Camp, Mountville: Ages 5 – 10. Campers will join a group for the week led by our awesome Camp CCA counselors. Each week campers will participate in similar activities geared towards the theme of the day. Every day will be full of fun, educational and supervised play around Corn Cob Acres.


    Summer Programs, Lancaster: Grades K – 5. Each summer, our programs include full-day Preschool and Junior Kindergarten, Camp LCDS, themed week-long camps, Upper School courses for credit, and theater camps!


    Camp Hebron, Halifax: Summer is our favorite time of year. The kids get a break from school and the parents dream of a getaway. Going to summer camp is the perfect family tradition! We offer a wide-range of Christian summer camps in PA, with options for all ages. Send each child on their own adventure or bring the whole family. Or, come for the weekend and stay at our campground or retreat center. However you slice it, Hebron will be the highlight of your summer.


    Lancaster Technology Camps, Salunga-Landisville: Open to students entering 4th – 9th grade. Camps are run by Hempfield School District Teachers. Programs include movie making, robotics, video game design, and more.


    Woodcrest Retreat Summer Camp, Ephrata: Ages 6 – 16. Summer is a time for vacation from school and making memories! Some of the best memories are made here at camp in either overnight or day camp. Whether it’s flying down the water slide at record speeds, enjoying cabin group time, laughing in crazy group games, or singing camp songs, camp is all about people, God, and the great outdoors. Come on over and join the fun!


    South Mountain YMCA Camps, Reinholds: Grades K – 12. Offers a variety of camps throughout the summer, including Camp Half Blood, overnight camp, day camp, riding camp, literary immersion camp, and more.


    Lancaster County Environmental Center Camp, Lancaster: Details to be released in March.


    YMCA of the Roses Summer Camp: Grades pre-k – 12. Summer day camp provides youth with an opportunity to enjoy summer outdoors with friends.  At YMCA camp, we focus on building a sense of achievement – trying new things, building relationships and a community where everyone belongs.

    Summer Music Camp, Annville: Open to students in grade 9 – 12. July 6th – 11th. Discover the dynamic world of music at Lebanon Valley College this summer! Whether you’re looking to refine your skills, collaborate with peers, or explore new musical styles, our camp provides the perfect environment for growth and inspiration. Experience a week filled with music, learning, and creativity in a supportive and engaging atmosphere. Open to musicians of all levels, this camp offers a balance of individual development, ensemble opportunities, and creative exploration.


    Summer Camp Rockss, Lebanon: Open to kids entering 2nd – 8th grades. FREE summer day camp for any child residing in Lebanon County PA! Breakfast and snack included.



    Computer and Data Science Camp, Annville:
    Open to students entering 11th and 12th grades. June 22nd – 27th. During the camp, students will learn and use Python to solve programming and data science problems as part of a team. Also features interaction with computer and data science alumni, and an introduction to relevant software and content.


    Kenbrook Bible Camp, Lebanon: Ages 6 – 15. Kenbrook has been providing summer camp experiences for children and youth for over 70 years! While some things have changed over time, one thing has remained constant: our deep desire for young people to know God through a relationship with Jesus Christ. We will provide your camper with the opportunity to experience God in new ways through programs that are geared to their age group. This means that sessions, games, Truth Talks, how-tos, and even mealtimes will be tailored to your camper’s age group so that they can have the best experience possible.


    Health and Biomedical Sciences Camp, Annville: Open to students entering 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. July 21st – 26th. The goal for this camp is not only to provide students with a window into the scientific basis of human health and medicine but also to offer them a glimpse of college life through an engaging and challenging academic experience. Campers will live in a college residence hall, participate in lectures and laboratories in the state-of-the-art Neidig-Garber Science Center, and eat their meals at the student-loved Mund Dining Hall. Additionally, campers will be mentored by resident advisors who are current LVC science majors. Resident advisors are selected based on their expertise in the sciences, as well as their maturity and experience mentoring younger students.


    Camp Kirchenwald, Lebanon: Grades K – 11. Camp options are separated by age, with different themes and activities each session.


    Paramount Sports Complex Summer Camp, Annville: We know how busy and fast the summer can fly, and that is why we now also offer certain camps as individual day camps! These camps will be run once a week throughout the entire summer, and you can register for each week individually. Options include ninja camp, gymnastics camp, adventure camp, superhero training, kids in the kitchen, and more.


    Gretna Glen Summer Camp, Lebanon: Ages 4 – 18. Offers day camp, extended day, and overnight programs, with various themed weeks and programs.


    Camp Rocky Creek, Cornwall: Ages 5 – 17. Multiple camp options over the summer, including day camp, overnight camp, and teen camp through the Lebanon Valley Family YMCA.


    Actuarial Science Camp, Annville: Open to students entering 12th grade. June 22nd – 27th, and July 6th – 11th. Designed to help students decide if they’re interested in actuarial careers. During the week, students live on campus in a residence hall with Resident Assistants who are current LVC students. Students eat their meals in the Allan W. Mund College Center.

    Roundtop Mountain Resort Summer Camp, Lewisberry: Ages 8-15. Runs June through August. Activities include high ropes challenge, climbing walls, cedar maze, kayaking, photography, fishing, orienteering, and much more.

    York Country Day School Summer Camp, York: Preschool – 6th grade. Are your children ready to explore, create, and discover a summer filled with fun and adventure? These camps offer a wide variety of innovative and engaging activities. Summer is a time to remain engaged. Sign up to build a robot in the Mindstorms Camp, design your own video in our Video Camp, or learn about teamwork and improve skills in the All Sports Camp.


    Camp Phoenix, Hanover: Grades K – 6. Camp Phoenix celebrates more than 30 years of serving Hanover! Camp Phoenix is YWCA Hanover’s Summer childcare program for youth in grades K-6. Camp Phoenix offers a fantastic experience for each camper in a safe, fun-filled atmosphere where children will develop valuable skills, create memories, and build lasting friendships.


    B*Dazzled Dance Camp, Red Lion: Weekly themes are annual dance camp and Irish dance. The studios are air conditioned, parents will be invited to the camp showcase at the end of the week. Costumes for showcase will be provided by B*Dazzled.


    Dreamwrights Summer Camps, York: Grades 1 – 12. Full day and half day camps separated by age and with different art themes each week.


    Summit Grove Day Camps, New Freedom: Ages 6 – 12. This summer, we are rolling out Wild & Free Camp, and are structuring our camps to combine the best aspects of our themed camps in years past each week, so you won’t have to choose between favorites! With a combination of our previous Adventure, Animal & Nature, Outdoor Games, and Art Camps, your camper will get to experience all of them for every week they attend (with new activities introduced in each category every week!)


    Nature Discovery Camps, York: Ages 5 – 13. RUN, JUMP, SPLASH, PLAY, LEARN, & DISCOVER AT NATURE CAMP! Through daily hikes, water exploration, wildlife observation, nature journaling, and games, we seek to build positive outdoor memories, create friendships, and enhance natural curiosity.

    York Adventure Camp, York: Ages 5 and up.

    York Adventure Camp is a unique camp where campers are empowered to grow and develop as they discover new skills and interests.  While at camp, campers are given many opportunities to develop leadership skills, life long skills, make friends and create memories that will last a life time. York Adventure Camp strives to create a safe, experience-rich environment that will lead to incredible adventures and endless memories. We offer a week long summer camp, open to all girls and boys in York County and surrounding areas.


    Dig In (To Science On The Farm) Camp, Hellam: Ages 8 – 12. Alongside the food we are growing, we are also growing learners here at Flinchbaugh’s Orchard.  Through hands-on lessons and projects, students will dig-in to agricultural and environmental science content in a fresh, relevant way, allowing learners to actively engage in inquiry and discovery – both foundational elements in science.


    Kidz Camp, York: Ages 5 – 12. Our counselors will provide a day of activities utilizing the amenities and grounds of Heritage Hills Athletic Club, like access to our Ballyhoo Arena, basketball courts, turf soccer field, crafts, activities, games …… and much, much more! Kidz Camp Holidayz is perfect for students ages 5-12, attendees can experience the enjoyment of activities with age appropriate considerations and peers. All aimed to create lasting memories with friends.


    Roundtop Mountain Resort Summer Camp, Lewisberry: Ages 8 – 15. The best week of the year! Where kids get to be kids. Unplug from technology and discover the joy of nature. Paddle across a lake, explore the mountain, and have fun with friends new and old.


    The Curious Little Playhouse Summer Camp, Hanover: Ages 4 – 8.     JCC J Camp, York: Kindergarten – 6th grade. We are thrilled that you have chosen our camp program for your child this summer. The York Jewish Community Center has been a huge part of the camp scene in York County for the past 40 years, and we are looking forward to summer 2025!

    Inside this registration packet you will see some new and exciting additions for the summer. We have included details on weekly themes, activities, trips, and the daily schedule. From Early Years Discovery, Specialty and Mini Camps to traditional J Camp; we have something for everyone from Preschool to 6th grade!

    We know how important it is for students to have a safe and welcoming environment. At the York JCC, it is our priority to ensure that every family enrolled in our camp is treated with respect, kindness, and a positive approach.     Painting and Drawing Camp, New Freedom: Ages 5 – 13. Students learn how to create beautiful masterpieces step-by-step, with guidance from highly talented instructors. They will focus on painting techniques in both acrylic painting and watercolor. Students will spend time drawing and preparing their own work, mixing colors, blending, creating value and emphasis. Classes are designed to meet the needs of beginner and intermediate students.


    Hockey Camp, York: Ages 4 – 17. Session dates vary depending on the camp chosen. Learn to ice skate, or further hone hockey skills.

    Berks County

    South Mountain YMCA Camps, Reinholds: Offers numerous different camp experiences, including day and overnight camps. Also offers camps with various themes, such as horseback riding, literary immersion, and more.

    Runs June through August. Offers weekly and daily rates, as well as AM and PM wraparound care.


    Rock Hollow Woods, Birdsboro: Kindergarten through 7th grade. Runs June through August. Nature-focused camp with a mission of discovering and learning about the natural world and empowering children to protect their environment.


    Berks Area Youth Recreation Summer CampAges 6-15. Runs daily from 8:00am – 4:30pm with a minimum of five week sessions required.


    Body Zone Summer Adventure Camp, Wyomissing: Ages 6-13. Runs June through August. Activities include swimming, ice skating, sports, arts and crafts, fresh air programs and more, as well as different themes and attractions every week.


    Berks Nature Eco-Camp, Reading: Ages three and up. Runs June through August. Offers both full day and half day options. Each week has a different fun theme.


    Camp Lily-Berks, Reading: Ages 8-21. Runs late June through August. Offers week-long day camps for a well-rounded summer camp experience for children and young adults with disabilities. Activities include swimming, games, cooking, arts, sports, and more.


    Summer Camp on the Farm, Birdsboro: Ages 6-12. Includes riding lessons, leading, lunging, round pen, grooming, tacking, bathing, stall maintenance, equine health and wellness. Goofing around, craft craziness and general mayhem included!


    Hawk Mountain Summer Camps, Kempton: Kids entering grades 1-6. Runs June through August. Activities include meeting live animals, hiking woodland trails, role-playing, arts and crafts, learning from scientists and special presenters, exploring natural areas, telling and listening to stories, conducting experiments, and more.


    Camp Manatawny, Douglassville: For kids in 1st – 12th grades. Offers both day and overnight camp options. Activities include small group Bible teaching, high-energy large group sessions, and adventure activities such as archery, swimming, climbing wall, crafts, & more.


    Camp Swatara, Bethel: Grades K-12. Runs June through August. Join us at Camp Swatara, where Faith is Formed, Memories are Made and God is Glorified.

    Cumberland County

    Siebert Park Day Camp, Camp Hill: Kids entering 1st – 6th grades. Runs June through August. Campers will enjoy sports, arts and crafts, swimming and other theme-based activities.


    Cyber Camp, Mechanicsburg: Kids entering 9th – 12th grade. Runs June 9th – 12th. Offers a glimpse into the world of cybersecurity, all while giving them a chance to experience what college life is all about.


    Lion Girls Field Hockey Camp, Camp Hill: Camps will be split into two separate age groups, 1st – 3rd and 4th – 6th. Runs July 21st – 24th. Players will work on individual skills, small group instruction as well as age-appropriate competitive games and contests.


    Little Friends Preschool Summer Camp, Mechanicsburg: Ages 2 – 5. Mondays through Fridays from 9:00am – 12:00pm. Camps will be hands-on where kids will get to explore, create, question, grow and learn all while having a BLAST! Campers will get a theme-related snack each day.


    LEGO Camp, Camp Hill: Ages 3 – 12. July 21st – 25th. Step into a world of motion and mechanics at LEGO Action: Moving Marvels! Over the course of the week, campers will explore the exciting principles behind gears, motors, and robotics, building dynamic LEGO creations that come to life. From racing cars to moving machines, each day offers hands-on activities that inspire curiosity and ignite the imagination. As kids build and test their models, they’ll gain a deeper understanding of how movement works in real life. Whether your child is just starting with LEGO or already an experienced builder, this camp promises to fuel their passion for engineering and innovation through fun and interactive learning.


    Lions Girls Basketball Camp, Camp Hill: Girls entering K through 9th grade. June 16th – 19th. Will include skill development, competitive team games, individual contests, and sportsmanship.


    Health Care Careers Camp, Mechanicsburg: Kids entering 9th – 12th grade. June 9th – 11th. Camp will focus on patient case studies to provide context for activities, demonstrations and discussions relevant to various fields of practice and also to help us understand the interprofessional nature of healthcare – how the many healthcare disciplines interact and work together to promote and restore patient health.


    Boys Basketball Camp, Camp Hill: Boys entering K through 9th grade. June 9th – 12th. Will include skill development, competitive team games, individual contests, and sportsmanship.


    Messiah University Athletic Camps, Mechanicsburg: Variety of sports camps offered, such as basketball, baseball, swimming, tennis, lacrosse, and more.


    Co-Ed Summer Volleyball Camp, Camp Hill: Kids entering 6th – 8th grade. June 23rd – 26th. The camp will teach players the basics through games, challenges and fun activities.


    Theatre and Dance Academy, Mechanicsburg: Kids entering grades 3 – 12 with varying dates. Creative exploration and the development of individual potential are the primary goals. In addition to devising and rehearsing a production, students have acting and dance classes in which they investigate the world of theatre through exercises that activate their voices, bodies, and imaginations.


    Youth Wrestling Camp, Camp Hill: Kids entering K – 7th grade. July 14th – 17th, evenings. Each evening will consist of wrestling drills and skills in a fun competitive teaching style.


    Keystone FC, Mechanicsburg: Ages 4 – 19. Camps and clinics will have a curriculum specifically tailored to the focus area of that camp or clinic. All curriculums will have an emphasis on technical development.


    Snapology, Camp Hill: Ages 4 – 14. Offers both half day and full day options. Get ready to ignite your child’s curiosity, spark their creativity, and fuel their passion for science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.


    Young Filmmakers Workshop, Mechanicsburg: Kids entering 10th – 12th grade. June 22nd – 27th. Through this enriching, summer filmmaking camp environment our students improve and learn new skills as filmmakers and make great friends with people that share their same passion.  Students will discuss and practice storyboarding, shot construction, and hands-on camera training.


    Tender Years “Top Talent” Summer Camp, Camp Hill, Hampden, and Mechanicsburg: Ages 5 – 12. Activities are themed on learning about surviving and thriving in different climates and the elements that shape those climates, and about the ultimate survivors: our rescue workers, park rangers, and explorers. It will also include field trips, physical and mental challenges, STEM projects, cooking experiences, arts and crafts, team building activities, and much more.


    The Children’s Center Summer Camp, Camp Hill: Ages 6 – 15. Activities include weekly themes that include a variety of age appropriate arts and crafts, sporting activities, group games, field trips, guest speakers, even gardening and community service projects.


    Oakes Museum Camp, Mechanicsburg: Open to kids entering 9th – 12th grade. Runs June through July. Offers teens a unique opportunity to learn in the field and lab. Qualified museum staff will lead each session, and college professors and professionals will offer their expertise as guest speakers.


    Parkour and Ninja Warrior Summer Camp, Camp Hill: Ages 6 – 14. Get your kids active where they’ll meet some new people, gain role models, and most of all, have FUN!


    Young Writers Workshop, Mechanicsburg: Open to kids entering 9th – 12th grade. June 22nd – June 27th. Through this enriching, summer writing camp environment, students improve their skills as writers and make great friends with people that share their same passion.


    Camp Challenge, Lemoyne: Open to kids grades K – 12. 8-week summer camp offering recreational and educational opportunities and includes a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and a snack each day. Activities include tennis, archery, art, music, Girl Scouts, life skills, swimming, cooking, field trips, and much more!


    Orchestra Camp, Mechanicsburg: Open to kids entering 3rd – 12th grade (camps separated by age group). July 13th – July 18th. Student musicians will play in one of two large ensembles divided by age (Junior High and Senior High). For elementary kids, students will work on setup and technique through fun games and activities, and a variety of musical activities that could include singing, movement and rhythm games, watching performances and fiddling.


    Yellow Breeches Sports Center Central PA Summer Camp, New Cumberland: Open to kids entering 1st grade – 8th grade. Runs June through August. Their active environment includes many activities, varying daily, from soccer to board games and chalk drawing, as well as special activity days such as water balloon day!


    CSI Camp, Camp Hill: Kids entering 6th – 8th grade. July 28th – August 1st. STEM principles relating to Forensics and solving Crime Scenes are explored in this Level I & II Forensics Class.  The presentation, labs and exercises will cover the following topics: Take and identify and collect fingerprints, create & examine blood spatter patterns, cast footprints, DNA, Crime Scene processing…. Current or former law enforcement Detectives will be teaching this class.

    Dauphin County

    PA Vent Camp, Hummelstown: June 21st – 26th. PA Vent Camp is committed to providing the ultimate summer camp experience to children and adults who rely on mechanical ventilation to breathe. With the help of our dedicated volunteers, our campers have the ability to live without limits and enjoy all that a week away at camp has to offer. Zip-lining, rock climbing, crafts, and all of the other camp activities will create lifelong friendships and memories.


    Harrisburg Area YMCA Summer Camps: Multiple camp options, including sports camps, at different YMCA branches. Allows children and teens to not only play and stay active throughout the summer months but also teach them to interact with others in a team environment and cultivate lasting friendships. Additionally, camps feature a variety of sports interests including Volleyball, Basketball, Swimming, and much more!


    Breakthrough Basketball Camp, Harrisburg: Grades 3 – 8. Camp focuses on developing the complete player. Kids will develop shooting, ball handling, passing, footwork, defense, rebounding, athleticism, and other essential skills to become a great basketball player.


    Mini Explorer Club Summer Camp, Hershey: Ages 4 – 11. July 14th – 18th, July 28th – August 1st. Themes are Bug Camp and Enchanted Forest Camp. Kids will experience educational lessons and read-alouds, hands-on play activities, crafts, and experiments, and mixed age play in an outdoor enviromnent.


    Doc’s Ultimate Summer Day Camp, Middletown: 1st – 5th grades. Daily activities include crafts, free-time, outdoor play, reading, games, movies, and of course roller skating. Campers will participate in weekly field trips as well!


    Mindsteward Kids Theatre: The Complete Theatre Experience, Harrisburg: Mind Steward has been a presence in Central Pennsylvania for 10 years and continues to steward people’s minds throughout the tri-state area.  Our revolutionary Mindsteward Kids Theater program has attracted students and faculty from around the country.


    Summer Programs at Hershey Gardens, Hershey: Ages 4 – 11. Dates vary by camp and program. Our exciting, hands-on approach to science gives children the unique opportunity to conduct exciting and engaging experiments and activities. We make learning science FUN!


    Amazing Sports Summer Camp, Linglestown: 1st – 8th grades. Provides daily exercise and a variety of activities, with features including Lite Brite Wall, game room, bounce house, inflatable obstacle course, rock climbing wall, sports, team building, and more.


    ZooCamp, Hershey: 2025 information to be released soon. Grunts and growls, hoots and howls… this camp is wild! Sign your kids up for a journey of exploration, learning, and adventure this summer. ZooAmerica offers exciting camp sessions for children of all ages, from preschool through high school. Campers will leave with a greater appreciation for nature and a deeper understanding of the wild of North America.


    Sky Summer Camp, Grantville: Different themed weeks with fun activities each day. Sample week: Monday – Introducing the theme of the week with lots of games and prizes. Great orientation for first time campers – get to know counselors and get accustomed to what camp is like. Tuesday – MAD DODGEBALL, SKYFALL and other traditional camp fun.     Heritage Creek Farm Camp, Mount Joy: Ages 5 – 12. Farm-based curriculum engages campers in educational and fun-filled ways. We have years of farm-based curriculum developed and our session activities will be geared toward the seasonal ebb and flow of the work on the farm during weeks that camps will be offered!


    Broadway Bound! Camps, Lancaster: Ages 5 – 18. Provides young actors the opportunity to participate in a theatrical experience which will develop confidence, responsibility, and teamwork. Participants in classes build self-esteem as they refine their creativity, active listening, and concentration skills all while learning about musical theatre.


    Black Rock Retreat, Quarryville: Open to students in 2nd – 12th grades. Located on over 100 acres of beautiful woodland in southern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Black Rock has offered a quality co-ed Christian camp experience for over 60 years!     Greenview Bible Camp, Denver: Open to students entering kindergarten – 6th grade. June 16th – July 25th. Offers both day and overnight camp options.


    Corn Cob Acres Day Camp, Mountville: Ages 5 – 10. Campers will join a group for the week led by our awesome Camp CCA counselors. Each week campers will participate in similar activities geared towards the theme of the day. Every day will be full of fun, educational and supervised play around Corn Cob Acres.


    Summer Programs, Lancaster: Grades K – 5. Each summer, our programs include full-day Preschool and Junior Kindergarten, Camp LCDS, themed week-long camps, Upper School courses for credit, and theater camps!


    Camp Hebron, Halifax: Summer is our favorite time of year. The kids get a break from school and the parents dream of a getaway. Going to summer camp is the perfect family tradition! We offer a wide-range of Christian summer camps in PA, with options for all ages. Send each child on their own adventure or bring the whole family. Or, come for the weekend and stay at our campground or retreat center.     Lancaster Technology Camps, Salunga-Landisville: Open to students entering 4th – 9th grade. Camps are run by Hempfield School District Teachers. Programs include movie making, robotics, video game design, and more.


    Woodcrest Retreat Summer Camp, Ephrata: Ages 6 – 16. Summer is a time for vacation from school and making memories! Some of the best memories are made here at camp in either overnight or day camp. Whether it’s flying down the water slide at record speeds, enjoying cabin group time, laughing in crazy group games, or singing camp songs, camp is all about people, God, and the great outdoors.     YMCA of the Roses Summer Camp: Grades pre-k – 12. Summer day camp provides youth with an opportunity to enjoy summer outdoors with friends.  At YMCA camp, we focus on building a sense of achievement – trying new things, building relationships and a community where everyone belongs.

    Summer Music Camp, Annville: Open to students in grade 9 – 12. July 6th – 11th. Discover the dynamic world of music at Lebanon Valley College this summer! Whether you’re looking to refine your skills, collaborate with peers, or explore new musical styles, our camp provides the perfect environment for growth and inspiration. Experience a week filled with music, learning, and creativity in a supportive and engaging atmosphere. Open to musicians of all levels, this camp offers a balance of individual development, ensemble opportunities, and creative exploration.


    Summer Camp Rockss, Lebanon: Open to kids entering 2nd – 8th grades. FREE summer day camp for any child residing in Lebanon County PA! Breakfast and snack included.



    Computer and Data Science Camp, Annville:
    Open to students entering 11th and 12th grades. June 22nd – 27th. During the camp, students will learn and use Python to solve programming and data science problems as part of a team. Also features interaction with computer and data science alumni, and an introduction to relevant software and content.


    Kenbrook Bible Camp, Lebanon: Ages 6 – 15. Kenbrook has been providing summer camp experiences for children and youth for over 70 years! While some things have changed over time, one thing has remained constant: our deep desire for young people to know God through a relationship with Jesus Christ. We will provide your camper with the opportunity to experience God in new ways through programs that are geared to their age group. This means that sessions, games, Truth Talks, how-tos, and even mealtimes will be tailored to your camper’s age group so that they can have the best experience possible.


    Health and Biomedical Sciences Camp, Annville: Open to students entering 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. July 21st – 26th. The goal for this camp is not only to provide students with a window into the scientific basis of human health and medicine but also to offer them a glimpse of college life through an engaging and challenging academic experience. Campers will live in a college residence hall, participate in lectures and laboratories in the state-of-the-art Neidig-Garber Science Center, and eat their meals at the student-loved Mund Dining Hall. Additionally, campers will be mentored by resident advisors who are current LVC science majors. Resident advisors are selected based on their expertise in the sciences, as well as their maturity and experience mentoring younger students.


    Camp Kirchenwald, Lebanon: Grades K – 11. Camp options are separated by age, with different themes and activities each session.


    Paramount Sports Complex Summer Camp, Annville: We know how busy and fast the summer can fly, and that is why we now also offer certain camps as individual day camps! These camps will be run once a week throughout the entire summer, and you can register for each week individually. Options include ninja camp, gymnastics camp, adventure camp, superhero training, kids in the kitchen, and more.


    Gretna Glen Summer Camp, Lebanon: Ages 4 – 18. Offers day camp, extended day, and overnight programs, with various themed weeks and programs.


    Camp Rocky Creek, Cornwall: Ages 5 – 17. Multiple camp options over the summer, including day camp, overnight camp, and teen camp through the Lebanon Valley Family YMCA.


    Actuarial Science Camp, Annville: Open to students entering 12th grade. June 22nd – 27th, and July 6th – 11th. Designed to help students decide if they’re interested in actuarial careers. During the week, students live on campus in a residence hall with Resident Assistants who are current LVC students. Students eat their meals in the Allan W. Mund College Center.

    York County

    Roundtop Mountain Resort Summer Camp, Lewisberry: Ages 8-15. Runs June through August. Activities include high ropes challenge, climbing walls, cedar maze, kayaking, photography, fishing, orienteering, and much more.


    Camp Forge, Spring Grove: 2025 details coming soon. Choose to forge in life. Choose to do good, form positive relations with others, and become a better person every day.


    York Country Day School Summer Camp, York: Preschool – 6th grade. Are your children ready to explore, create, and discover a summer filled with fun and adventure? These camps offer a wide variety of innovative and engaging activities. Summer is a time to remain engaged.     Camp Phoenix, Hanover: Grades K – 6. Camp Phoenix celebrates more than 30 years of serving Hanover! Camp Phoenix is YWCA Hanover’s Summer childcare program for youth in grades K-6. Camp Phoenix offers a fantastic experience for each camper in a safe, fun-filled atmosphere where children will develop valuable skills, create memories, and build lasting friendships.


    B*Dazzled Dance Camp, Red Lion: Weekly themes are annual dance camp and Irish dance. The studios are air conditioned, parents will be invited to the camp showcase at the end of the week. Costumes for showcase will be provided by B*Dazzled.


    Dreamwrights Summer Camps, York: Grades 1 – 12. Full day and half day camps separated by age and with different art themes each week.


    Summit Grove Day Camps, New Freedom: Ages 6 – 12. This summer, we are rolling out Wild & Free Camp, and are structuring our camps to combine the best aspects of our themed camps in years past each week, so you won’t have to choose between favorites! With a combination of our previous Adventure, Animal & Nature, Outdoor Games, and Art Camps, your camper will get to experience all of them for every week they attend (with new activities introduced in each category every week!)

    York Adventure Camp is a unique camp where campers are empowered to grow and develop as they discover new skills and interests.  While at camp, campers are given many opportunities to develop leadership skills, life long skills, make friends and create memories that will last a life time. York Adventure Camp strives to create a safe, experience-rich environment that will lead to incredible adventures and endless memories. We offer a week long summer camp, open to all girls and boys in York County and surrounding areas.


    Dig In (To Science On The Farm) Camp, Hellam: Ages 8 – 12. Alongside the food we are growing, we are also growing learners here at Flinchbaugh’s Orchard.  Through hands-on lessons and projects, students will dig-in to agricultural and environmental science content in a fresh, relevant way, allowing learners to actively engage in inquiry and discovery – both foundational elements in science.


    Kidz Camp, York: Ages 5 – 12. Our counselors will provide a day of activities utilizing the amenities and grounds of Heritage Hills Athletic Club, like access to our Ballyhoo Arena, basketball courts, turf soccer field, crafts, activities, games …… and much, much more! Kidz Camp Holidayz is perfect for students ages 5-12, attendees can experience the enjoyment of activities with age appropriate considerations and peers. All aimed to create lasting memories with friends.


    Roundtop Mountain Resort Summer Camp, Lewisberry: Ages 8 – 15. The best week of the year! Where kids get to be kids. Unplug from technology and discover the joy of nature. Paddle across a lake, explore the mountain, and have fun with friends new and old.


    The Curious Little Playhouse Summer Camp, Hanover: Ages 4 – 8. Water games, characters, pizza parties, animal visits, bubble parties, dance parties and many engaging activities and of course playtime in the Playhouse.  It’s the best Summer camp in town! Summer camp includes snacks, drinks, lunch, and fun water bottle to keep!


    JCC J Camp, York: Kindergarten – 6th grade. We are thrilled that you have chosen our camp program for your child this summer. The York Jewish Community Center has been a huge part of the camp scene in York County for the past 40 years, and we are looking forward to summer 2025!

    Inside this registration packet you will see some new and exciting additions for the summer. We have included details on weekly themes, activities, trips, and the daily schedule. From Early Years Discovery, Specialty and Mini Camps to traditional J Camp; we have something for everyone from Preschool to 6th grade!

    We know how important it is for students to have a safe and welcoming environment. At the York JCC, it is our priority to ensure that every family enrolled in our camp is treated with respect, kindness, and a positive approach. We also want to provide campers with every chance to get something out of their summer that is unique, valuable, and experiential.

    Painting and Drawing Camp, New Freedom: Ages 5 – 13. Students learn how to create beautiful masterpieces step-by-step, with guidance from highly talented instructors. They will focus on painting techniques in both acrylic painting and watercolor. Students will spend time drawing and preparing their own work, mixing colors, blending, creating value and emphasis. Classes are designed to meet the needs of beginner and intermediate students.


    Hockey Camp, York: Ages 4 – 17. Session dates vary depending on the camp chosen. Learn to ice skate, or further hone hockey skills.
